Beef
Open Range Grill at 1108 N. Spruce, Ogallala serves burgers made from all-natural range-raised beef from the nearby Belmar Ranch. Open Range Grill is open Sunday-Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

Eggs
Front Street serves fresh farm-to-table eggs from Lazy K Eggs, LLC of western Nebraska.  Lazy K’s hens are pasture raised and fed an all natural diet.   Breakfast is served Saturdays 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. and Sundays 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m at Front Street, 519 East 1st, Ogallala.

Produce
From the fresh greens grown in the owners’ garden to the grapes from the restaurant’s back patio, fresh seasonal produce is a key part of the ever-changing menu at the Most Unlikely Place on Main Street, Lewellen. Open seasonally Wednesday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
